November 2011.  Ingenious Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive, global partnership with Six Sigma and Advanced Controls Inc (SAC) to provide Six Sigma champions, green belt and black belt programs. This will include online courses as well as classroom based courses and hybrid version of those courses. Six sigma will enable companies to take each of its sub processes to the state of common cause variability which results in the best possible performance. Six sigma can and should be applied across all processes, (transactional and manufacturing) under the purview of a company to minimize defects, maximize throughput, minimize cycle times, and minimize costs, in turn maximizing profits and maximizing customer satisfaction.
