HOUSTON (September, 2011) – Ingenious Inc has signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with NORISC to jointly grow their business in Saudi Arabia and the gulf region. NORISC is a sister company of Arabian Consulting Engineering Center (ACEC), a well-established Saudi Aramco approved GES Contractor, with strong connections and relationships with all key players in the industry. This JV will be known as Bugshan Al Sofi Ingenious Company or BASIC, in reference to the major owners of the JV. The purpose of JV is to provide advanced solutions and process engineering services to the Saudi oil & gas, process & energy & utility industry.  The scope of these services include, but are not limited to, process engineering & simulation, process safety management, training simulators, e-learning, real-time performance monitoring, optimization & operations manuals.
